El Futuro Simple (Simple Future) se usa para hablar de acciones que ocurrirán en el futuro. Hay dos formas principales: "will" para predicciones y decisiones espontáneas, y "going to" para planes y intenciones.

Usos principales del Futuro Simple
1. Predicciones con "will"

I will be a doctor.

Yo seré doctor.

It will rain tomorrow.

Lloverá mañana.

2. Decisiones espontáneas con "will"

I will help you.

Te ayudaré.

We will go to the beach.

Iremos a la playa.

3. Planes con "going to"

I am going to study English.

Voy a estudiar inglés.

They are going to travel to Paris.

Van a viajar a París.

¿Cuándo usar Futuro Simple?
Ejemplos de futuro:

Importante:

"Will" para predicciones y decisiones rápidas.
"Going to" para planes ya decididos.

El Futuro Simple tiene dos formas principales: "will" y "going to". Ambas se usan para hablar del futuro, pero con matices diferentes.

Al igual que otros tiempos verbales, el Futuro Simple también tiene formas negativas e interrogativas. La estructura cambia ligeramente para adaptarse a las formas "will" y "going to".

Formas negativas con "Will"

I will not work tomorrow.

You will not study tonight.

We will not go to the party.

They will not see the movie.

He will not be late.

She will not help us.

It will not work.

Nota: "will not" = "won't"

Formas negativas con "Going to"

I am not going to work tomorrow.

You are not going to study tonight.

We are not going to go to the party.

They are not going to see the movie.

He is not going to be late.

She is not going to help us.

Nota: "am not going to" = "ain't going to", "is not going to" = "isn't going to", "are not going to" = "aren't going to"

¿Cómo formar preguntas?
Estructura básica:

Will + sujeto + verbo base + ...?

Will you work tomorrow?

To Be + sujeto + going to + verbo base + ...?

Are you going to work tomorrow?

Recordatorio:

En el Futuro Simple, "will" no cambia según el sujeto,
pero "going to" usa diferentes formas de "to be".
